Costs and funding


The service is available for Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS Plans with funding in Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing. Fees as per NDIS pricing arrangements per hour.

  • Meal planning
  • NDIS Plan Progress Report or Assistive Technology application for nutrition support
  • Travel for home visits
  • Care Team communication
  • Short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) charged at 100% 
An invoice will be emailed to you or your Plan Manager after the session. Payments are expected within 14 days.
Medicare provides rebates for Dietetics under a GP Chronic Disease Management referral called a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement or EPC.
Medicare Rebate - $60.35 per session
Up to 5 sessions in a calendar year.
Costs:
  • Initial Assessment (1 hour) - $160 (gap $99.65)
  • Review (30 mins) - $80 (gap $19.65)
  • Travel for home visits - $120/hour (no rebate)
Payments are expected on the day of the appointment. 
We are unable to process a Medicare rebate on the day. You will be provided with a receipt to claim the Medicare rebate online or at a Medicare office.   
Costs:
  • Standard consultation (60 mins) - $160
  • Standard consultation (30 mins) - $80
  • Advanced consultation (60 mins) - $200*
  • Advanced consultation (30 min) - $100*
  • Travel for home visits - $120/hour
Payment is expected on the day of the appointment. 
*Advanced consultation is for clients with complex needs requiring advanced scope of practice. 
Some private health covers have rebates for a portion of dietitian consultations. Speak to your insurer for more information.

Full payment is expected on the day of the appointment. You will be provided with a receipt to take to your private insurance provider. 
Health Care Card holder or Pension costs:
  • Initial Assessment (1 hour) - $140
  • Review (30 mins) - $80
  • Travel for home visits - $100/hour
Payment is expected on the day of the appointment.
